Country Manager

A highly respected name within the International removals industry is currently seeking an experienced German speaking Country Manager to join their team in the Switzerland.
In this position, you will be in charge of one of their most important markets, which employs 80 people and generates more than CHF 20 million in annual revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a consistent superior removals service that adheres to the company's quality standards.
- Complete accountability for the removals branch contribution.
- Proactively manage people, vehicles and materials required to meet the number of moves planned, including staff levels and holidays.
- Create an annual budget and track actual removals business performance.
- On a weekly basis, close / sign off on all removals jobs.
- By focusing on the relevant KPIs, you will be able to continuously improve your results in terms of both profitability and customer satisfaction.
- The role will also be responsible for full compliance to Health and Safety and Transport Legislation.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of working in a similar role within the removals, moving or mobility industry.
- Fluent in German.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables working in a fast paced, challenging environment.
- Excellent man management skills.
- Impeccable levels of customer service and retention.
- A motivated, enthusiastic and optimistic outlook on work and projects.
