Key responsibilities:

- Testing and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the production of biotechnologically manufactured active ingredients
- Supervision of contract manufacturing and advising our employees from the development, production and analysis departments on all GMP issues
- Independent checking of the release-relevant manufacturing documents for completeness and conformity, as well as processing change requests and examining deviations and OOS results as well as internal audits
- Support for our customers during their GMP audits with us close and high-quality customer contact

Key requirements:

- Bachelor/ Master Degree or PhD in chemistry, biotechnology, life science or related field
- Initial experience in industry, preferably in a GMP regulated biopharmaceutical production environment
- Ability to identify violations and gaps in quality standards
- Structured, precise and well-organized work attitude; open to new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive
- Due to our international clientele, written and spoken German and English are required, as well as intercultural awareness and strong communication skills
