**Mission**:
Le département de la planification stratégique, qui gère plus de 100 millions de francs suisses d'inventaires au niveau mondial, est une équipe dynamique avec des compétences de haut niveau qui ont un impact positif sur le succès de l'unité commerciale avec la confiance, la passion pour l'innovation, une recherche constante de la performance et un respect sans faille.

Au sein de l'unité opérationnelle Services - Ligne de produits DSF/PCR, l'agent S&OP Pièces de Service sera directement rattaché au Responsable S&OP DSF/PCR/LLAM/NMW. Il ou elle supervisera pour une ou plusieurs lignes de produits, la coordination entre les différents acteurs travaillant pour assurer les plus hauts standards de niveaux de service, en définissant le niveau et la combinaison corrects de stocks pour soutenir les clients tout en optimisant la performance opérationnelle et financière de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

L'agent S&OP des pièces de service interagira avec les lignes de produits R&D, Qualité, Ventes, Marketing, Service technique, Master-Planning, Pricing, et d'autres départements pour accompagner la définition du niveau de service des produits. En coordination avec les départements de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, il mettra en œuvre et gérera les stocks mondiaux et assurera le niveau de service et la performance financière.

**Vos responsabilités**:
Gestion des obsolescences:

- Traitement et suivi du back log de changement selon le processus ECO.
- Super-session dans l'outil de planification CIM, mise à jour des paramètres matériels dans SAP
- Analyse des produits à faible rotation et de l'impact financier sur nos stocks.
- Relation avec les Ventes & Marketing pour les campagnes de déstockage
- Analyse pour les campagnes de purge des stocks
- Paramètres des articles à mettre à jour

Analyse des besoins stratégiques et définition du plan de la chaîne d'approvisionnement:

- Support à la préparation du S&OP avec les ventes, le marketing, le support produit et les autres départements concernés.
- Aide à la préparation du budget et des prévisions 1/2/3 pour les stocks, le SMI et les sujets connexes.
- Soutenir le processus du cycle de vie du produit (phase In, ramp up,..., phase Out) et mettre en œuvre l'inventaire et la distribution au niveau des pièces.
- Déterminer les niveaux de stock et le taux de remplissage des clients dans nos différents hubs.

**Votre formation et vos compétences linguistiques**:

- BA en école d'ingénieur ou de commerce ou expérience démontrée.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Des connaissances en électromécanique sont un plus
- Une formation APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) ou équivalente est un plus.

**Votre expérience professionnelle**
- Planification de la demande ou gestion du matériel
- Module SAP MM / PP est obligatoire
- Planification stratégique des ressources (matériel / pièces de rechange / fabrication...)
- La connaissance des produits de la société est un fort plus
- Connaissance de PTC SPM (Service Parts management) Servigistics (ou autre outil MEIO : MCA, Baxter, Synchron, Tools group SO99...) est un plus.
- Forte capacité d'analyse : Excel, outils BI,

- Vos solides compétences analytiques et vos capacités d'apprentissage vous permettront d'opérer rapidement dans une chaîne d'approvisionnement complexe tout en dirigeant avec des données.
- Autonome et dynamique, votre sens du relationnel vous permettra de fédérer les acteurs autour de vos objectifs dans un environnement matriciel.
- Vous êtes motivé par le fait de travailler dans une entreprise mondialisée et multiculturelle et de participer à la définition de sa stratégie.
