To strengthen our team in **Switzerland**, we are looking for a **Material Planner** (M/F/x) to start asap.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Manage, prioritize purchases, coordinate with material buyers supporting
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs (Inventory level, turns, backlog, priority orders)
- Standardizing inventory and implement processes
- Synchronization with carriers to pick up material (RM/Semi Finished Goods/ Finished Goods)
- Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and developing improvement strategies
- Coordination with UPD warehouse (hub) and Gamma sterilization company
- Be an active member of our QMS, support deviations, CAPA’s, Change Controls, DCC
- Support Transfer of Work and Strategic Projects
**ABOUT YOU**:

- Academic degree(s) with focus in supply chain or logistic or any other related field.
- First experience in supply chain / fulfillment / warehouse management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical or similar industries
- You have good analytical and synthesis skills as well as diligence and team spirit
- Fluency in English is required, German or French would be an asset.
