- HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/W/D)
IN UNSERER MANAUFAKTUR IN LENGNAU (BE)
- IHRE AUFGABEN- Schaffung und Optimierung von neuen und bestehenden Prozessen und Strukturen
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit zwischen Administration und SAV Atelier inklusive Terminüberwachung
- Aktive Strategieentwicklung des Bereiches Kundendienst
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Statistiken
- Betreuung der internationalen Service Centern inklusive der damit verbundenen Reisetätigkeiten
- Evaluation und Implementierung von neuen Servicecentern
- Leitung des Customer Service Teams
- Rekrutierung von neuem Mitarbeitern und Entwicklung des bestehenden Personals
- Planung von Uhrmacherschulungen für die Service Center
- Projektleitung von technischen Projekten im Bereich Customer Service
- Mitarbeit bei sämtlichen administrativen Prozessen des Kundendienstes
- IHRE KOMPETENZEN- Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Uhrmacher gepaart mit einer Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem grösseren Unternehmen in der Uhren
- oder Luxusgüterbranche
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP Softwares und MS Office
- Erfahrung in der Teamführung von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit einem Gesprühr für die Kundenbedürfnisse
- Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
