Bring to life what’s next
- Unterstützung eines Projektteams bei der Umsetzungsbegleitung und -steuerung von Business und IT-Projekten im Bereich Change-Management (Begleitung von ERP Einführungen wie SAP S4/HANA) und HR mit Schwerpunkt auf Transformationen im Bereich Digital HR
- Übernahme kleiner eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitspakete mit dem Themenschwerpunkt organisatorischer, prozessualer, IT-bezogener und personeller Veränderungen
- Mitarbeit bei Datenerhebungen und -analysen sowie Informationsbeschaffung
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops mit unseren Kunden
- Kennenlernen des Beraterskillsets und unserer Methoden

Your skills & career
- Erste praktische Projekterfahrung rund um den digitalen Wandel im Rahmen von Praktika, einer Werkstudententätigkeit oder in einer kaufmännischen/ technischen Ausbildung in einer unserer Fokusbranchen
- Ein fortgeschrittenes Studium (Bachelor / Master) mit wirtschaftlicher, psychologischer, technischer oder informationstechnologischer Ausrichtung sowie überdurchschnittliche Studienleistungen
- Erste Kenntnisse in Change-Management, HR-Strategie, -Organisation, -Prozessen, -IT sowie HR-Sourcing
- Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Technologien wie SAP S/4HANA und der Schnittstelle zwischen HR und IT (HR Cloud)
- Spaß an der Kombination von technologischem Verständnis, strategischer Analyse und Umsetzungsarbeit
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Fit für eine weltweit führende Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
