**Deine Verantwortung**:

- ** administrative **Unterstützung** des Supply Chain Bereiches
- ** Lieferantenmanagement**: Pflege der Lieferantenbeziehungen, Überwachung der Liefertermine und Verrechnungen.
- ** Bestandsmanagement**: Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Lieferkette.
- ** Logistikoptimierung**: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der logistischen Abläufe und Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung
- ** Qualitätskontrolle**: Sicherstellung der Qualität der gelieferten Waren und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
- ** Koordination**: Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Supply Chain Prozesse.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Informatikgrundbildung.
- Erfahrung in der Lieferantenbetreuung und im Vertragsmanagement.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Supply-Chain-Analysetools.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französisch und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
