***Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst im Team oder eigenständig die Planung und Durchführung von Transportausschreibungen im Bereich Air & Sea
- Du analysierst und prüfst Transportdaten und arbeitest individuelle Kundenofferten aus
- Du erstellst Kundenkonzepte sowie kommerzielle Angebote unter Beachtung interner und externer Fristen
- Proaktiv arbeitest du mit dem Global Tender Management und dem Procurement / Pricing Team auf Niederlassungsebene zusammen
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Analyse abgeschlossener Ausschreibungsverfahren
- Prüfung und Validierung der erhaltenen Eingaben auf Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Tätigkeiten

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht und/oder Seefracht, idealerweise im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Tender Management, bringst du mit
- Prozessorientiertes Denken, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine analytisch-konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du handelst serviceorientiert, bist selbstmotiviert und verfügst über ein gutes Zeit
- und Prioritätenmanagement
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind für dich selbstverständlich, Französisch wäre ein Plus
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil und runden dein Profil ab
