Stadler baut seit über 80 Jahren Züge. Mit unserer Innovationskraft, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit sind wir heute ein führender Hersteller von Schienenfahrzeugen. Nebst unseren Schweizer Standorten arbeiten rund 13 000 Mitarbeitende an mehreren Produktions
- und Engineering-Standorten sowie über 70 Servicestandorten in Europa, Nordamerika und Nordafrika. Neben der Produktion von Schienenfahrzeugen werden an unserem Hauptsitz im ostschweizerischen Bussnang die Aktivitäten der gesamten Stadler-Gruppe gesteuert.

DAS BEWEGEN SIE
- Verwaltung unserer Atlassian Cloud Instanz der gesamten Stadler Rail Gruppe
- Aufnehmen von Anforderungen aus dem Business und Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten / Anwendungsrichtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Erhöhung des Nutzens der Atlassian Produkte (Jira, Confluence) für Stadler, mittels Integrationsverbesserungen und Schulungen
- Bearbeitung von Störungen/Fehlern (2nd level support) und Erstellung von Auswertungen
- Organisation und Koordination des 3rd Level Supports
- Mitarbeit bei der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung einfacher Schnittstellen zwischen Anwendungen
- Führen und Verwalten von Dokumentationen wie Bedienerhandbüchern, Benutzerhandbüchern und Anweisungen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik (HF, FH, Uni)
- Sehr fundierte Kenntnisse innerhalb aller Atlassian Produkte (v.a. Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Access, Confluence)
- Erfahrung innerhalb Atlassian Rolloutprojekten von grossem Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte und Probleme zu durchdringen
- Eigeninitiativ und selbständig, Serviceorientierte und analytische Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und English C1)
- Freude an Team
- und Projektarbeit sowie direktem Kundenkontakt
- Arbeitsort
