Zehnder has started on an exciting journey to enhance our products with state-of-the-art digital functionalities. For this purpose, we are setting up a new international team of digital experts headed by our new Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
Directly reporting to the CDO, we are looking for an experienced tool architect, helping us to define and implement a best of class software development lifecycle environment.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- You are evaluating and introducing software tools to help our developers do their jobs easier, faster, or more reliably
- You set and promote standards to be used by our international team of developers

**To succeed in this role, you are bringing the following with you**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree of an international university in computer science or a related field
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in an international, industrial environment in
- Software script development using scripting languages such as Perl or Python
- Using SW Development tools
- Full life cycle development including exposure to software requirements, design, development, software code review, integration testing, and/or system testing
- SCM tools, build tools, and different bug tracking systems are nothing new to you and you have gained experience with at least two of each
- Agile trained/certified and knowledgeable in DevOps
- You are proficient in English and German, any other language is an asset
- You are known for your excellent communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking is one of your strong suits
- You have a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- You enjoy and work well in diverse team settings
