Description du poste

Pour travailler en collaboration avec le Project Manager/Panel leader déjà en poste, SAM Sensory and Marketing International, leader européen des études consommateurs et sensorielles, recrute un (e) Project Manager/ Panel Leader en analyse sensorielle. Le poste est à pourvoir au laboratoire spécialisé dans l’analyse sensorielle des produits du tabac de nouvelle génération. Créé en 2008 à Lausanne (Suisse), ce centre est dédié au développement de produits alternatifs aux cigarettes conventionnelles comme les produits du tabac chauffé et les produits à base de e-liquide.

Missions relatives aux panélistes : - Gestion des panels experts et des panels discriminatifs dans le respect des procédures appliquées au laboratoire - Recrutement et sélection des panélistes, - Animation des séances (sélection, entraînement, établissement de profils descriptifs et tests discriminatifs), - Suivi et contrôle des performances des panélistes.
