Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités auprès de l’un de nos clients grands comptes, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager E-Commerce.

Un(e) Project Manager E-commerce est responsable de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des plateformes digitales.

Vous aurez comme principales missions :

  • Élaborer une stratégie digitale pour le développement, l'évolution et la croissance de la plateforme
  • Maintenir une roadmap, en définissant les objectifs et les améliorations à apporter au fur et à mesure
  • Suivre l’avancement des projets au niveau technique et fonctionnel avec l’appui d’une méthodologie agile
  • Définir les meilleures expériences et interfaces utilisateurs avec les parties prenantes
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement de la plateforme par la réalisation des tests et des validations nécessaires
  • Analyser les différentes campagnes et projets en cours et proposer un plan d’actions avec des recommandations et des améliorations à mettre en place

Qualifications

La gestion de projets est plus un secret pour vous (planification, gestion, animation), vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités analytiques et synthétiques. Vous savez gérer les priorités et possédez de bonnes capacités relationnelles.

  • Une solide expérience de 5 ans en management de projets digitaux
  • Bonne expérience en marketing digital, notamment de Google Analytics
  • Bonne maîtrise de la conception et les principes de l’expérience utilisateur
  • Facilité à collaborer avec des équipes techniques et fonctionnelles en utilisant une méthodologie agile
  • Capacité à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles et multidisciplinaires, dans un contexte internationnal
  • Orienté résultat avec la capacité à mesurer et à analyser les performances de la plateforme
  • Prise d’initiative dans vos décisions pour améliorer continuellement les résultats et établir des recommandations stratégiques

Vous avez un excellent niveau d’anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit. La maîtrise du français et de l'allemand est un plus.
