**Industry Manager in Pharma and Biotech** (f/m/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Perform continued assessments of target market and segments and their trends
- Keep track of key players, competition, regulations, developments, and trends
- Identify new business and sales opportunities within the industry and come up with respective proposals
- Collaborate closely with Product Management with respect to new product development and product lifecycle management
- Support growth initiatives through intensive direct customer contact together with local sales force
- Extensive international travel (approx. 50%)

What You Need to Succeed
- Following requirements are necessary for this role:

- You have a degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bio Pharma, Chemical Pharma, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, Life Sciences, Process Engineering or equivalent
- You bring at least 10 years of working experience in Sales and/or Marketing with extensive know-how of the pharmaceutical industry (processes, regulations etc.)
- You are familiar with process instrumentation, automation and control, preferably analytical instrumentation
- You are self-organized with an independent working attitude and a high confidence in various cultural environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, to be able to maneuver within all levels of an organization
