**Arbeitszeiten**: Montag-Freitag, 07:00-16:00

**Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten**:
**Aubsildung**: Naturwissenschaftlich Fachausbildung (Chemie-, oder Biologielaborant/in EFZ oder vergleichbar)

**Berufserfahrung**: Praktische Erfahrung im chemischen Labor oder in der Laborlogistik/Chemikalienmanagement

**Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten**
- Gute IT Kenntnisse (G-Suite oder Outlook, MS-Office)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
- Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Erste Erfahrung in der Auftragslogistik von Vorteil
- Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Verwaltung (Annahme, Ausgabe, Tracking, Lagerung) aller Spezialsubstanzen im zentralen Laborlager unseres Pharmakundens
- Sie werden Superuser des Jaggaer® „Research Material Manager“ (RMM) Programms
- Liefertermine mit Lieferanten im RMM abklären und tracken
- Check-In von neuen und alten Substanzen sowie Erfassung der Inventur im RMM
- Einteilung und Entsorgung von aussortierten Substanzen
- Neue Stockmaster Items für die Logistikzone erstellen und den entsprechenden Lagern zuordnen
- Vertretung von Teammitglieder bei Urlaub und Erkrankung
- Bestellung und Auspackung von Lagerartikel
- Kundenberatung am Schalter zur Verfügbarkeit, Vergabe und Wiederannahme von Substanzen
- Konsequentes Vermeiden von Stock-out
- Situationen
- Fachgerechtes Entsorgen von Abfällen, beispielsweise Chemikalien, Betäubungsmittel
- Vorläufer und Verpackungen
