Das Gstaad Palace mit 90 Zimmer und Suiten, 5 Restaurants, 2 Bars und einem legendären Nachtclub ist ein international bekanntes 5-Sterne-Superior Luxushotel. Es ist im Besitz der Familie Scherz und eines der letzten traditionell familiengeführten Grand Hotels - ein Wahrzeichen der Schweiz.

Wir suchen ab **Januar 2023 **oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n:
**Reservations Agent (m/w)**

im unbefristeten Anstellungsverhältnis
- Die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Individual
- sowie Gruppenbuchungen vom Angebot bis zur Reservierung unter Einhaltung der Standards von „Leading Hotels of the World“, Swiss Deluxe Hotels und QM
- Den Kontrollprozess der Reservierungen
- Die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in der Reservierung
- Das Einpflegen von Gästedaten ins Buchungssystem "FIDELIO "
- Gemeinsame Verantwortung für die aktuelle Belegungsrate und nachverfolgen des Raumbudgets
- Die Absprache diverser Preise und Konditionen mit der Reservierungsleitung
- Die individuelle Betreuung unserer (internationalen) Gäste während des Reservierungsprozess
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen und administrativen Abteilungen des Hotels
- Hilft bei der Kontrolle unserer Verfügbarkeit auf Online-Kanälen (CRS und GDS)
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in der Reservierung der gehobenen Hotellerie wäre von Vorteil
- Sie sind eine aufgeweckte, gepflegte Person die den Kontakt zu unseren Gästen liebt
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Arbeiten gerne im Team
- Sie sind flexibel, belastbar, pflichtbewusst, Detail
- und Kundenorientiert
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen gerne erwünscht
