About the TEAM

We procure Global Technologies for PMI. From revenue generating technologies such as eCommerce, to Information Security Tools, AI and many more.

Who we’re looking for.
- Available from February to September 2024.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science; Mathematics; Engineering; Linguistics.
- Large multi nationals often have complex and non-optimized processes, which can lead to loss in time productivity across PMI. Our aim is to focus on the areas where we can influence and make a difference in terms of removing waste, increasing productivity, and enabling us to move at a faster pace in PMI.
- Tech savvy self-starter and knowledge of process optimization.
- Strong Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint skills such as creating web pages, sections, creating links to documents and internal websites. (No knowledge of web coding required).
- Fluent in English.
- Good communicator, task orientated and brings a simple approach to challenging problems.

Roles & Objectives
- Capture & standardize and build processes across 3 teams in 3 geographies.
- Create simple and visual user-friendly process guides and instructions in Microsoft Word and/or PowerPoint.
- Update & maintain a SharePoint Knowledge Intranet site (training will be given).
