**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Maintenance Processes**: Define and conceptualize maintenance workflows, including predictive and corrective maintenance strategies, to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the production infrastructure.
- **Lead SAP Implementation**: Implement and optimize maintenance processes within SAP, focusing on effective work order management to ensure seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.
- **Oversee Maintenance Operations**: Plan and distribute tasks to technicians, monitor the implementation of maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to GxP/GMP regulations.
- **Spare Part Process Management**: Establish and manage a robust spare part inventory process, ensuring availability and compliance with operational requirements.
- **Create Training Documentation**: Develop comprehensive training materials for technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped to execute maintenance tasks in line with new processes and standards.

**Your Profile**:

- You have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- You have 4-6 years of experience in maintenance planning, with a focus on SAP work order management within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
- You have strong knowledge of SAP and are experienced in implementing and managing maintenance processes in a production environment.
- You have good knowledge of German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- This role requires on-site presence
