**S&OP and MPS Planner (F/H)**

basé dans nos bureaux du **Sentier**, en Suisse**.**

Au sein de la direction Supply Chain de Jaeger-LeCoultre, vous intégrez le département « Supply Chain Centrale », en charge du Plan Industriel et Commercial (PIC) de la Maison, du pilotage du stock Produits Finis et de la construction du Plan Directeur de Production (PDP).

**COMMENT AUREZ-VOUS UN IMPACT ?**

**Préparation et coordination du Plan Industriel et Commercial (PIC)**
- En collaboration avec les différents départements contributeurs, dans le but d’éclairer la stratégie de la Maison à 3 ans en termes marketing, commercial, industriel et financier,

**Cadrage des stocks de Produits Finis**
- Gestion des cycles de vie produits finis, afin de piloter finement les phase-in et les phase-out,
- Dimensionnement et projection du stock de produits finis, en collaboration avec la Supply Chain Internationale pour la partie distribution,

**Réalisation du Plan Directeur de Production**
- Définition du Plan de Production Montres et Atmos, en fonction des prévisions, des stocks cibles et de la capacité en production,
- Simulation d’impacts et proposition de scénarios alternatifs, afin d’éclairer les prises de décisions concernant les arrêts produits, les capacités ateliers et les achats,
- Amélioration des process et outils en lien avec l’établissement du PDP

**Pilotage de projets futurs dans le cadre de l’évolution de notre Supply Chain**

L’ensemble de ces missions vous offrirons une vision transverse à 360° de la Maison, ainsi que des interactions et une visibilité auprès de nombreux départements.

**LA CLÉ DE VOTRE SUCCÈS ? VOS COMPÉTENCES **
- Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un diplôme d'ingénieur.e avec spécialisation Supply Chain
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le domaine de la Supply Chain, idéalement dans un environnement complexe, ou d’une expérience industrielle ou financière en lien étroit avec la Supply Chain
- Dynamique, organisé(e), rigoureux(se), vous avez de très bonnes capacités d’adaptation et de prise de recul
- Vous êtes apte à structurer des processus complexes, à fédérer différents départements autour d’objectifs communs et à concrétiser en enjeu chiffré des orientations stratégiques
- Curieux(se) et ouvert(e), vous saurez développer une connaissance globale de la Supply Chain de la Maison et des pratiques de l’ensemble des départements environnants
- La maîtrise d’Excel est indispensable, la connaissance d’un ou plusieurs ERP & APS représente un atout supplémentaire
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais (niveau B2 min)
