Marketing Executive (H/F)

Contrat: CDI à partir du 01.08.2023

Rattachement hiérarchique : Directeur Sales & Marketing

Vos missions:

- Gérer la mise à jour de notre site web (WebFlow), l’interface avec LHW et les autres sites web partenaires ;
- Contrôler la consistance de notre image sur tous les supports des partenaires ;
- Gérer les collaborations avec les influenceurs et partenaires retargeting ;
- Gérer la présence de l’hôtel sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Mettre à jour la signalétique de l’hôtel et les menus sur les QR Codes ;
- Gérer le CRM de l’hôtel, programmer le contenu et l’envoi des communications clients ;
- Gérer le référencement de l’hôtel (Google) et répondre aux avis clients ;
- Mettre à jour les menus du bar, des restaurants et banquets, brochures et autres supports de vente (bonnes connaissances InDesign requises)
- Gérer les demandes publicitaires sur tous le supports médias ;
- Plannifier avec le Directeur Sales & Marketing des actions de communications digitales
- Développer et suivre les partenariats stratégiques avec le DOSM et le département des réservations ;
- Gérer des projets divers tels que les certificats cadeau, les giveaways, shootings photos/vidéos ;
- Organiser et gérer les invitations aux événements organisés par l’établissement ;
- Collaborer étroitement sur les opportunités de développement de chiffre d’affaires ;
- Soutenir de DOSM sur les dossiers importants ainsi que sur les Famtrips relations publiques si nécessaire.
