For our Product Management Technics (PMT) Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for a

**HEAD OF TECHNICAL PRODUCT**

**MANAGEMENT (PMT) - (M/F/X - 100%)**

The Head of Technical Product Management is tasked with ensuring the availability of the novelties to sales according to defined product launch plan. By leading a team of 10 team members with the responsibility he/she coordinates departments through all operations to reach the on time launch of new products with homologated quality and optimized margin. The Head of Technical Product Management is one of the key drivers of the product brand’s vision, overseeing the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a person who closely works with the Research & Development teams, industrialization, purchasing, design, marketing and sales departments.

The Head of Technical Product Management reports to the Product & Innovation Director.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in defining the medium-term product strategy and roll-out the novelties plan
- Support the design phase in leading the aesthetical prototype realization and ensuring the feasibility study
- Supervise and coordinate the development of products
- Implement and maintain the proper KPIs & dashboard to monitor the status of development of the projects and install an efficient product creation process
- Establish the budget of the department and ensure its respect
- Lead the teams and support them individually in their development

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in engineering and/or business
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in industry with basic technical understanding
- Ability to build a strong and efficient team and to develop talents
- Entrepreneurial and able to set the right priorities
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and able to influence through empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Diplomatic, result-oriented attitude, seeking for solutions and opportunities - you like challenges
- Ability to work in a transversal organization
- You are collaborative and trustworthy with high integrity, also analytical, structured and fact-based
- German and English are a must, French is a plus
