**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of all production campaigns in his/her manufacturing unit with concerns to safety, quality and delivery.
- Handle a team of process engineers and manufacturing specialists.
- Main point of contact for production problems in the manufacturing unit rendering to the common escalation regulations.
- Assist MSAT, production assistance, QA and production teams with knowledge in solution discovery and trouble shooting.
- Serve as a representative for the operational field in client meetings, audits and regulatory inspections.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:
- Educated to an advanced degree level in a chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, bioengineering or similar fields.
- Work experience within a biotechnical manufacturing site.
- Familiarity with MES and DeltaV.
