**Job Overview**:

- The Supply Planner will ensure every month with relevant stakeholders (demand management, site supply chain, external supply) that systems data are accurate and will generate the end to end Master Production Plan (MPS) using planning system based on demand, supply, inventory and capacity data, for the mid-term time horizon (3-36 months)
- The Supply Planner will also be responsible or will participate in cross-functional efforts to resolve any product issues. S/he needs to understand and communicate the impact of supply plan deviations, employ effective issue resolution as well as determine and recommend the best course of action.
- The Supply Planner will be a key stakeholder supporting the master planner in the S&OP cycle and will develops appropriate supply scenarios on ad hoc basis for the assigned product portfolio, thereby supporting decision making in the organization.
- The Supply Planner will own the in-house tool (CHESS) used for identification of LCM risks on supply and drive its periodic review meetings with Quality, Regulatory and development team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Create & Execute MPS for end-to-end network**
- The Supply Planner will ensure that the monthly planning cycle is adhered to on a pre-determined basis
- Generate each month in the planning system the Master Production Schedule (MPS) from critical components to LOC inventory based on supply and demand plan
- Own the in-house tool used for identification of LCM risks on supply and animate its periodic review meetings with Quality, Regulatory and development team. Track resolutions of data gap and identify risks in the organization.
- Support the assessment of supply impacts for LCM options and regular change controls/deviations generated by the different manufacturing, quality and distribution teams. Integrates the LCM plan and approved change controls with supply impact into the MPS.
- Ad hoc support on generating supply plan simulation to support decision making in the organization
- Own independent demand process for portfolio
- Align with manufacturing sites and CMOs on capacity usage and utilization, provide input for budget
- Ensures that inventory levels for all production stages are on target, and this ultimately supports customer service levels for Finished Products.
- Ensures that the ERP system planning parameters and master data are maintained to enable accurate Master plans to be generated (Lead-times, safety, scrap & yields, etc.)
- Interfaces with production planners to ensure execution of the MPS and continuously challenges current capabilities. All deviations from the agreed plans caused by operational issues or market are discussed and concluded.
- Develops content for preparatory S&OP network review meetings and participates in monthly site and network S&OP meetings
- Highlights potential inventory shortages/excess and drives resolution
- Monitors the inventory status of the finished product and takes corrective actions to minimize slow moving inventory.
- Support usage and roll out of globally harmonized planning processes
- Backup for master planner and processing of SAP transactions for Dengue Supply Chain
- ** Project Related Activities**
- Continuous improvement and enhancements of existing systems: APO, IBP and CHESS (LCM risk assessment)
- Participate in projects to ensure long term market supply, support launch management activities and support the lifecycle management of existing products. Expedite and support activities as necessary for geographical expansion of the company’s products
- Supports the planning required for qualification / validation batches and tech transfers.

**Education, Experience & Skills**:

- University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance and controlling, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar, preferably with a focus on Operations, Production Planning or any other related fields that require the proper analysis of a large amount of data.
- Masters or PhD degree in above mentioned areas; APICS (CSCP, CPIM) certification; Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification
- 3+ years experience in supply chain or production planning or related fields (Finance ) employing multi-product, multi-echelon batch production planning
- Strong leadership and networking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, yet deliver business objectives, in a busy environment
- Experience in the use of supply chain/advanced planning systems, ERP systems (SAP APO, IBP, C3ME or others)
- High competency with Excel and other MS Office apps (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneNote), Data Reporting tools (Qlik, Power BI)
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-node Global Supply Chain
