About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the development of the Customer Journey and Zoning planning for the Flagship and top stores across existing store formats in close collaboration with the Product Marketing and Merchandising Team- Take ownership of operational tasks related to the roll-out of new store concepts for Flagships and top stores from a VM perspective in close collaboration with the Retail Architecture and Local Teams- Support the development of Visual Merchandising concepts, work on briefings of new tools and display fixtures needed across all product categories, to bring product stories to life and via a strategic product presentation approach for our top stores and Flagships- Coordinate and manage the development and roll out of Music and Scent in the Retail Distribution- Coordinate suppliers in collaboration with the Procurement Team ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are delivered on time in all markets- Contribute to product selection workshops to ensure high-visibility areas in store are VM-wise in line with the overall zoning concept, respecting the different assortment levels of different store sizes and formats defined by the Merchandising team- Independently manage your own subprojects within the Visual Merchandising department acting as per Swarovski values, responsibly, vigorously, imaginatively, and passionately

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising or similar- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to details and excellent organization skills- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude- Excellent English proficiency
