About the job
In this role, you would be responsible for the strategy and development of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience executions for in store VM and communication, windows, campaign related instore activations, for all product categories and across all retail formats, from brief to deployment, in line with the vision of creative director.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Translate Brand positioning and creative director’s vision into VM & Store experience executions including product presentation, in store VM display tools and windows and campaign related instore VM activations- Brief and project-manage internal creative teams ensuring timely deployment of high-quality VM tools- Define a coherent plan for the development (from creativity to production samples sign off) of retail short life and long life communication tools as well as digital activations for MOB, MUB in Red & Blue, Crystal Forest, Crystal Studio, Instant Wonder, WonderLux, Flagship and STS store formats- Ensure delivering of best in class implementation guidelines of all VM executions as well as effective budget management, store allocation accuracy and instore content coordination- Ensure a bespoke coherent plan for Flagship stores including Music and Scent- Responsible for the team’s development budget allocation and compliance- Lead a team of 9 FTEs
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree (Masters) in a relevant field- 10 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- Strong managerial skills- In-depth Visual Merchandising experience (communication tools)- Ability to work with creative minds- Strong project management skills with luxury product background- Strong Marketeer- Strong people person with leadership experience
