LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement et intérim, spécialisé sur les profils middle et top management, recrute pour son client, établissement reconnu, un Legal Counsel H/F pour un CDI à 100%.
Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des contrats de A à Z, y compris la négociation, la rédaction et l'examen de contrats commerciaux complexes avec des grandes entreprises internationales (RFI/RFP, processus d'approvisionnement des clients en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe commerciale et suivi administratif).
Vous êtes responsable des revues juridiques, du développement de nouvelles et du maintien des relations contractuelles existantes avec les fournisseurs.
Vous rédigez et révisez tous types de documents juridiques (contrats commerciaux, T&C, support de formation, documents de conformité).
Vous préparez et tenez à jour des modèles juridiques et assurez des formations en interne si besoin.
Vous apportez du soutien juridique à tous les services.
Vous disposez d'un Master en droit avec 8 ans minimum d'expérience dans un environnement international et multi-juridictionnel.
Vous maîtrisez le droit des contrats et des sociétés. Une connaissance de la protection des données, des sanctions ou du droit fiscal serait un plus.
Vous disposez de solides compétences commerciales / de négociation, vous êtes capables d'équilibrer les risques juridiques et les objectifs commerciaux, avec une grande aptitude à dialoguer avec les clients.
Vous êtes fluent en anglais (langue officielle de la structure) et vous maîtrisez le français.
