Who you are
As Country Financial Services Leader you are driven by growing new business quickly and in an agile way together with internal and external stakeholders. This requires great communication skills and a pro-active way of working.

- Good leadership skills with ability to lead in change

- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
**Responsibilities**:
In this position you contribute to maximizing growth in IKEA Switzerland by leading the development and deployment of new financial services and products.
More specifically this means that you:
- Advise the Country Commercial Management Team and proactively contribute with inputs and expertise to the IKEA business plan
- Lead the Financial Services transformation in Switzerland, with responsibility to develop the understanding throughout our organization of what and we contribute to the growth agenda
- Lead the tactial and operational planning on Financial Services commercial agenda, ensuring it is anchored in our Business Plans and roadmaps
