**Operational Support Scientist**

Sie suchen eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung im Bereich der Visuelle Kontrolle und sind daran interessiert ein Team zu supporten, die Prozesse und Leistung der Visuelle Inspektion zu verbessern. Sie mögen selbständiges, genaues und vernetztes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team?

Wir haben dazu die ideale Stelle:
Sie arbeiten im Bereich Value Stream Packaging in der Produktion und übernehmen die Rolle als Operational Support Scientist hauptsätlich für die Visuelle Inspektion (SAVI & MVI). In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Produktionsteam und die Prozesse mit einem starken Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualität und Marktversorgung.

**Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen**:

- Sie supporten und haben einen Positiven Impakt auf der Einhaltung der höchster Produktqualitätsstandards nach dem Prinzip "right first time", "continuous improvement" und "continuous inspection readiness"
- Leiten in der Visuelle Kontrolle Bereich das Change-Management und führen die Batch Review durch
- Sie Supporten die Bearbeitung von Abweichung/PTC/CAPA und SOPs
- Zusammenstellung und Auswertung von elektronischen Daten
- Unterstützung bei operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des Value Streams und hauptsächlich bei der Visuelle Kontrolle SAVI/MVI)
- Mitglied von der Taskforce (Effizienz Steigerung)Unterstützen der Head of Visuelle Inspektion (SAVI/MVI) bei Abklärungen und Umsetzungen von operativen Projekten und Umsetzung von Masterplan VI.

**Sie bringen die folgenden Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen mit**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Visuelle Kontrolle/Verpackung/Supply Chain im Pharmabereich
- oder Lebensmittelherstellung
- Fähigkeit mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anzugehen/priorisieren und in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
- Teamfähige Person, die klar und offen kommuniziert und es versteht Beziehungen zu Anspruchsgruppen zu pflegen und deren Bedürfnisse zu managen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) runden Ihr Profil ab
