For one of our international client in the automobile industry, we are looking for a
**Sales advisor**:
**Your challenges**
- Consistently meet or exceed all sales objectives and KPIs for your location, including but not limited to:

- Implementing the proactive sales action plan by constantly seeking out potential clients and generating demand, through events, campaigns, activations, partnerships and more
- Creating and developing sales opportunities and new orders
- Scheduling test drives to help our customers experience the product, and promptly following up with them
- Maintaining a healthy and current sales pipeline with frequent customer follow-ups
- Offering an excellent customer experience throughout the process
- Receiving customers at your location and discovering their needs in order to properly guide them through the buying process
- Utilizing existing customer relationship management tools to track and manage customers
- Following customer-facing our client standards (e.g. our client dress code and conduct, maintaining a perfect showroom)
- Partnering with the Business sales team to hand off potential business sales opportunities as identified by inbound business customers orders
- Proactively address all customer queries and escalate the critical ones

**Your skills**
- Great problem solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Resilience, adaptability and a constant desire to develop
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines
- Confident in creating great conversations and relationships tailored to the customers' need.
- Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals, but capable of working autonomously when needed
- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels, plus any other required languages for the local market
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Must have had a valid driver's license for minimum 2 years
- Must have and continue to maintain a valid and safe driving record
- Powerful pro-active sales mindset and drive
- Past experience in pro-active selling
