**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Begleitung des Einkaufsprozesses von Lieferanten-Qualifizierung, Ausschreibung, Angebotsauswertung, Vergabeempfehlung, Vertragsverhandlung bis Vertragsabschluss und Rechnungsfreigabe
- Reporting an Projektleitung und Verantwortungsübernahme für Bestelltermine und Expediting
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie Ingenieuren, Architekten, Projektmanagern und Kunden
- Selbstständiges Verhandeln von Nachträgen und Nachlässen
- Mitgestaltung der Einkaufsstrategie und Weiterentwicklung eines professionellen Lieferantenmanagementsystems
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau einer neuen Supply Chain Management Abteilung in der DACH Region

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Min. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Einkauf oder Vertragsmanagement von Bauleistungen / CAPEX
- Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Einkaufsmanager in der Pharma/Life Sciences Industrie
- Kenntnisse der üblichen Rechtsordnungen für Gross/Bauprojekte, wie z.B. SIA, KBOB, HOAI, NEC4 und FIDIC
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
- Gute diplomatische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zu führen, zu beeinflussen und zu überzeugen
- Teamfähige Persönlichkeit, Bereitschaft zu Überstunden bei Arbeitsspitzen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft zu Projektstandorten in der DACH-Region

**Reisetätigkeit**:
Die Laufzeit unserer Projekte liegt meist zwischen 6 und 24 Monaten. Abhängig von Projekt und Projektphase ist der Einsatzort hauptsächlich der Projektstandort beim Kunden, wobei Mobiles Arbeiten von Zuhause in Absprache mit der Projektleitung teilweise möglich ist. Bei BakerHicks hat man so die Möglichkeit immer wieder bei unterschiedlichen Kunden mit unterschiedlichen Technologien zu arbeiten. Man lernt neue Städte kennen und ist dennoch am Wochenende immer zuhause.
