**In short**:
We are looking for an optimistic, hands-on and visionary creative leader to join our Creative Studio. You will lead a team of Art Directors responsible for On’s campaigns visual identity, from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for the creation, along with the team, of On’s visual guidelines and you’ll spend a good amount of your time crafting our Brand Identity. You’ll be a central point of interaction and mediator for other teams of our in-house creative agency.

**Your Mission**:

- Lead and grow a team of Art Directors; be a mentor - identify and grow talents; inspire others with your creative approach
- Oversee the creation of all of On’s visual assets (including still images, moving images, graphics, POS, PDP, standard imagery) from moodboards to post-production
- Give day-to-day feedback on campaign creative development, challenge ideas and support the team to take decisions
- Lead brainstorming sessions, present and pitch creative ideas to stakeholders, and bring them to life
- Work closely with other teams, understanding their business needs and translate them into On’s visual logic
- Co-create On’s Brand Identity, along with the Head of Creative Studio and your colleagues within the Creative Studio leadership team

**Your story**:

- You've got a couple of years experience working as a creative team lead and have loved every minute of it
- You’ve got a few years as an Art/Creative Director in your counter yourself and understand what the team’s day-to-day looks like
- You can think and communicate a vision, but are equally capable to jump into projects that require hands-on action and support the team if needed
- You can give feedback on an extensive range of creative output: Moods, Concepts, Treatments, Images, Movies, Graphics, POS, Social
- You love efficient, concise communication
- You have been on set a numerous amount of times and know what it takes to create good assets within a variety of budgets
- You’re a conscious leader who respects and trusts their team. People first
- You understand that leadership is not given - it's earned through hard work, empathy and commitment. You live by this and have a track record of building the next generation of creative leaders
- A true team player, you understand and respect the importance of collaboration and compromise
- You’re at your happiest guiding others - supporting them to grow
- Articulate and eloquent, you're completely comfortable when it comes to crafting a message in English
