Au-delà d'une maison de luxe, cette marque est un art de vivre.

Les résultats sont excellents et l'entreprise se positionne comme leader sur le marché international.

Dans le cadre d'une mobilité interne, la Direction de la boutique de Genève est vouée à être reprise par de nouvelles mains expertes.

Cette boutique, à taille humaine, se compose de 3 sales advisors et d'un(e) stockiste.

**Vos responsabilités**:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Retail Europe, votre objectif principal restera le développement des ventes, la fidélisation des clients et de contribuer au rayonnement de la marque sur le marché local.

**Vos tâches quotidiennes seront les suivantes**:
**Pilotage des équipes**: formation interne des collaborateurs, motivation quotidienne des équipes de vente, définition des objectifs (...)

**Pilotage des résultats**: mise en place de KPI, d'indicateurs de performance et suivi régulier de la correlation entre ceux-ci et la résultats du point de vente,

**Support à la clientèle**: fidélisation et échanges réguliers avec les meilleurs clients, développement et implémentation du CRM,

**Visual merchandising**: s'assurer, avec les équipes Europe, du respect des normes visuelles de la maison,

**Reporting**: transmission des éléments financiers au siège de manière journalière et hebdomadaire,
RH: recrutement des collaborateurs, développement des équipes, gestion du plan de carrière, conduite des entretiens annuels,

**Gestion des services généraux**: maintenance, économat, budget quotidien de la boutique

**Votre profil**:
Idéalement titulaire d'un CFC de type employé de commerce ou Bachelor, vous avez passé l'essentiel de votre carrière dans le monde du luxe.
Vous êtes de nature dynamique, vous aimez développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs et vous avez une belle culture du luxe.
