To complement and strengthen our team in Quality Control we are looking for a

Scientist Stability Program & Microbiology (f/m/d)
Your tasks include

**SME for product stability**:
owner of the local stability study management process,
Coordination of ongoing and new stability studies
(design, initiation, planning, sample management, assessment and reporting),
Ensures compliance and inspection readiness of Bern's stability programs,
Representative for stability in global product development and life cycle teams.

**SME for Microbiology**:
Providing scientific expertise in the field of contamination prevention and sterility assurance,
Local representative in global initiatives with focus on contamination control,
Providing microbiological expertise to production and MS&T,
Driving improvement initiatives in QC.

What you bring to the table
A university degree preferably in microbiology or natural sciences, applied sciences or equivalent, Strong leadership competencies to drive initiatives and projects, GMP experience and experience in stability management, Basic expertise in statistics for data analysis, Strong organizational skills, Teamplayer.
