**ZUR POSITION**

Du entwickelst und führst die MitarbeiterInnen des Teams Flight Operations Linienflug und agierst als disziplinarische und fachliche Führungskraft
- Mit deinen MitarbeiterInnen vereinbarst Du klare, messbare und realistische Ziele und sorgst auf diese Weise für eine hohe Mitarbeitermotivation
- Du hältst vereinbarte Kennzahlen und Messgrößen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich im Blick
- Du erkennst sowohl Verbesserungspotentiale als auch Zielerreichungsrisiken und erarbeitest mit deinem Know How passende Lösungsstrategien
- Du begleitest und moderierst kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Bei Engpässen unterstützt Du das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du bist Schnittstelle zu diversen internen und externen Partnern

- Durch deine bisherige Berufserfahrung bist du vertraut mit Buchungsabwicklungsprozessen im Linienflugbereich
- Du fühlst dich bereit dazu, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen oder konntest in der Vergangenheit bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln
- Vertrauen, Augenhöhe, Unterstützung und Kollegialität prägen deinen Führungsstil
- Kundenzufriedenheit, Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und Effizienz haben eine hohe Priorität für dich
- Im Umgang mit touristischen Reservierungssystemen wie Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre und auch mit Office 365 bist Du versiert
- Durch deine Prozessaffinität fällt es dir leicht, den Überblick über komplexe Systemlandschaften zu halten
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast ein selbstbewusstes sowie souveränes Auftreten
- Dein Deutsch ist verhandlungssicher, dein Englisch und ggf. Französisch konversationssicher
