**Your role**
- Are you a team player interested in acting as the interface between internal and external clients? Would you like to expand your banking knowledge and excel in high pressure environments?
- We're looking for an Operational Key Account Manager to:
- act as the main point of contact for asset managers; introducing them to UBS custody products and services; guiding them through the onboarding; understanding requirements and developing tailored solutions for them.
- manage and coordinate the custody on and off-boarding of UBS Financial Institutions, Institutional and Wealth Management clients and their asset managers inclusive of product setup, coordination of securities migration by liaising with our settlements teams, the external custodians and counterparties
- proactively and independently manage cases with strong risk focus and dealing with urgent escalations
- professionally handle relationships with internal ad and external stakeholders in accordance to the values and standards set by UBS

- You’ll be working in the Onboarding and Migrations Team within Wealth Management in Zurich-Altstetten. You will be part of an international, positive minded and highly committed team with a diversified background.
- We work closely with front and back office colleagues to manage and resolve queries from our clients globally. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services while continuously challenging our process efficiency and behavior.

**Your expertise**
- knowledge of custody and securities
- team oriented
- fast learner who can also work independently
- strong interest and focus on clients relationships
- able to identify and mitigate risks
- suggest and implement new ways of working efficiently
- high proficiency in English and German. French or Italian are an asset
- excellent PC literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standard of service
- passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
- can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction
- focused on client service and timely resolving of client inquiries
