**Inhalt der Position**
Als
**Nespresso Sales Teamleader/in**, bist Du zuständig für die Einführung von neuen und die Weiterbildung bestehender Nespresso Berater/innen. Als Botschafter der Premiummarke Nespresso bist du verantwortlich, das Team auf den letzten Wissensstand zu bringen im Bezuge auf unsere Produkte und Neuheiten. Du stellst sicher, dass das Team einen erstklassigen Kundenservice bietet und kurz
- und langfristige Umsatzziele erreicht. Zusätzlich berätst und bedienst du Kunden gemäss unseren Qualitätsstandards und mit speziellem Fokus auf Gewinnung von Neukunden.

**Ein Tag im Leben eines Nespresso Sales Teamleader/in**
- Du schulst neue Mitarbeiter/innen in Kaffeeberatung und Verkaufstechniken
- Du bist der/die Stellvertreter/in des Operational Managers
- Du führst und bildest die Nespresso Berater/innen in verschiedenen Arbeitstools weiter
- Du führst Kaffeeschulungen & Coachings durch
- Du unterstützt die Personalplanung via unserem Planungssystem
- Du überträgst die Nespresso-Strategie auf inspirierende Art und Weise auf die Region Bern
**Das macht Dich erfolgreich**
- Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Management
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrungen im Direktverkauf von hochwertigen Produkten und Dienstleistungen an Kunden, Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
- Deshalb sind Dir serviceorientiertes und gepflegtes Auftreten, ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld und auch das Arbeiten an Samstagen vertraut
- Neben Teamgeist, Verkaufs
- und Organisationstalent zeichnen Dich Deine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenzaus
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch / Schweizer Deutsch, gehst offen und sympathisch auf Menschen zu und begeistern sie von Deinen Ideen. Deshalb kannst Du die Vorteile von Nespresso auf einfache Weise vermitteln
