Our Sustainability and Compliance Department in Bad Zurzach - Switzerland, is looking for a

**Sustainability Project Manager (f/m/d) (100 %)**

**Your Responsibiliti**es**:

- Manage and maintain compliance Scorecard and nominated Global databases
- Oversee, lead and plan assigned compliance projects. Track project status and ensure that project implementation is on track and in line with the expectations of stake holders and sponsors.
- Prepare on a regular basis KPI, compliance Leadership, project reports, presentations and analysis. Provide feedback and support to individual project owner.
- Be single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned internal & external interfaces related to compliance projects, Scorecard and compliance cata management
- Cooperate and build strong relationships with agencies and suppliers
- Create communications materials and presentations that help to communicate and amplify efforts with internal and external audiences
- Conduct research and track global trends as it relates to sustainability and live entertainment/events;
- Design, deliver, and help incubate a range of sustainability related programs and services in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

**Your ideal profile**:

- A degree in Business, Sustainability/Environmental Science, Marketing/Communications, or related technical field
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the intimate Apparel industry is required
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Chinese would be an advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment including across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America
- Experience with BSCI, Accord, Textile Exchange membership is required
- Good knowledge and previous experience with various sustainability solutions across a range of priority topics including: energy, transportation, waste/circular economy, materials management, and sustainability communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
