Summary

The Manager Stakeholder Communications is a business critical role reporting to the Director Brand and Corporate Communications EAME/SWA and will work closely with Hyatt’s Corporate Communications team and senior executives of the EAME/SWA region, including SVPs and the Group President. The role brings together key areas of successful stakeholder engagement and communications into an integrated role, supporting the overall strategic goals of the company through targeted communications and engagement initiatives. The main purpose is to drive and execute the roll out of stratetic internal and external facing communications to key stakeholders, such as corporate and hotel colleagues, owners and operators and within all relevant media segments. Further, the individual in this role will be responsible for the implementation of a successful communications plan around Hyatt’s employer branding strategy across the region.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Together with the Director of Brand and Corporate Communications EAME/SWA, develop a strategic stakeholder communications strategy for Hyatt in EAME/SWA: Co-create, establish, implement and run communications programs and strategy to secure efficient and relevant stakeholder communciations, externally and internally, in partnership with different regional teams, key senior executives and the global communications team - all with the overall goals in mind to position Hyatt as the leading hotel brand, as an employer of choice and a leader in DE&I culture.
- Drive the roll out of the regional internal and external stakeholder communications strategy to build confidence and the ability to influence principal stakeholders including colleagues, owners, investors and developers. Support and encourage the wider engagement of employees with Hyatt’s brand and vision.
- Support the engagement of employees with short and long-term corporate goals and ambitions, working closely with the regional HR team to drive an inclusive, diverse and collaborative culture
- Internal Communications: Succesfully implement a communications cadence between the regional office and the team members on property (at all levels including General Managers and Area VPs) that is relevant to the respective audience through the right channels to ensure a smooth and seamless communication with a measurable pick-up and engagement. Drive content development and colleague/leader engagement across existing (or to be set up) channels; support the materials development and execution of communications with high focus on General Managers and Area VPs to ensure information flow about recent developments and relevant regional news; remain a core contributor and expert as we accelerate, adopt, and reinforce agile practices and behaviors across the organization.
- Owners Communications: In the sense of of Advancing Care to our owners/operators community across the region, together with the Director of Brand and Corporate Communications EAME/SWA, develop and deliver targeted communications materials and identify the right channels to share information on a regular or adhoc basis that is relevant to this stakeholder group. Deliver on a regular communications cadence to inform owners/operators about performance KPIs, quality aspects, commercial services success stories, brand intitiatives, comepetitor analysis, financial successes etc. with the aim to maintain and amplify Hyatt’s postioning as one of the leading hotel brands and as an operator of choice.
- HR Communications: Research and identify ways of positioning and promoting Hyatt as an employer of choice in the region. This includes, but is not limited to, implementing, supporting and/or rolling out communication of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), developing a regionally relevant employer branding strategy including the communication of the regional DE&I strategy supporting our overall talent aquisition efforts; take ownership of the EAME/SWA HR LinkedIn page with focus on increasing the followership and engagement by sharing relevant regional and local content; co-working on the overall employer branding by making global HR programs relevant for regional and national markets, such as the RiseHY program or Hyatt’s World of Care.
- Loyalty Communications: Function as a cross-team World of Hyatt liaison to ensure the program’s initiatives are represented in corporate and development announcements; leveraging loyalty as a key revenue driver. Support the regional loyalty team in their communications needs; advise and/or implement new channels for successful communication; drive the value proposition of World of Hyatt to loyalty stakeholders such as members, colleagues and owners/operators.
