**Your challenge****:

- Support a Relationship Manager in all organizational matters efficiently and actively
- Intensive support Relationship M anagers by conducting KYC file reviews for eisting clients and writing KYC profiles for potential new clients (prospects).
- Take care of various customer clarifications, investigations and tasks within the team and various internal departments
- Be responsible for various administrative tasks (create statistics, write bulk mails, take care of mailing campaigns etc.)

- Good communication skills and enjoying talking to the clients by phone Good MS Office skills (especially E
- cel), knowledge of Avaloq and Compliance Suite is an advantage E
- cellent in English, fluent in Russian as well as good language skills in German (written and spoken)
