**Sales and Performance Manager JOOP Jeans Women Mitte und Nord (d/m/w)**: In dieser spannenden und anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie für den Vertrieb der Marke JOOP Jeans Women in der Vertriebsregion Mittel
- und Norddeutschland verantwortlich. Dabei übernehmen Sie den aktiven Verkauf der aktuellen Kollektionen an unsere Kunden sowie die intensive Betreuung unserer Key Accounts. Darüber hinaus führen Sie die analytische Sortimentsgestaltung durch, betreuen unsere Kunden während der Saison und beraten diese bezüglich Sortiment und Optimierung am POS. Des Weiteren bauen Sie, durch Ihre Fähigkeit auf Menschen zuzugehen und diese schnell für sich zu gewinnen und zu begeistern, erfolgreiche neue Kundenbeziehungen auf und übernehmen die Akquise, die Kontrolle und die Entwicklung von Shopflächen in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet. Das Bestreben, die Umsatzerwartungen zu übertreffen und die Markenbekanntheit zu steigern sowie die Analyse von Abweichungen der Vertriebskennzahlen runden Ihr spannendes Tätigkeitsprofil ab. Sie bringen mit:
- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- optimalerweise Berufserfahrung im Markenvertrieb
- profunde IT-Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch im Umgang mit SAP
- sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Affinität zur Mode
- und Lifestylebranche
- ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Organisationstalent
- strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
