**FUND ADMINISTRATOR OPERATIONS**
**_Role:_**:
- Responsible for the end to end operational process of fund transactions on the investment operations side, coordinating with both internal and external parties;
- Ensuring investments into Funds are handled in a quickly and efficiently, this includes preparing and submitting of subscription documents and KYC, in an increasingly complex and time critical environment;
- Monitoring existing Funds
- Preparing checklists for AML and handle KYC requests from external parties;
- Ensuring transactions are completed and reported;
- Coordinating and resolving both internal and external queries and executing various types of legal transaction-related documentation;
- Supporting the team in various ongoing projects, particularly in terms of process enhancements and system development.
**_Requirements:_**
- We are seeking an experiences banker with some sort of banking education (similar to Swiss KV or equivalent);
- We are hoping for at least 3 years experience in a funds administration type of role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management;
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage (but not a must);
- You should be very interested in funds operations;
- You are looking to take initiative and with a high attention to detail, very client service focused;
- You pay attention to details, are efficient, well organized and have a reliable working style, flexible and able to work under pressure.
