Technical Product Manager

This is an initial contract running for 12 months with strong likelihood to extend on a long term basis (up to max five years) based on the project road maps, with start date ASAP.

This role would be a mix between operational work and project-based activities. This includes:

- Serves as point of contact for internal customers when it comes to assistance and enhancement requests.
- Provides technical support to internal customers or escalates support requests to vendors/support partners depending on the situation and vendor contract arrangements and follows pending support cases.
- Organizes and run user related working group meetings, where enhancements and new features are prioritized.
- Organizes and runs product upgrade initiatives
- Manages overall software costs periodically. Includes license management and external support related costs.
- Follows IT and Bank policies, procedures, and standard working practices for the management of time, including on-call arrangements and unsociable working.
- Keeps line manager informed of progress and difficulties through regular meetings, status reports, or other mutually agreed-upon methods

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess as many of the following skills as possible:

- Experience with Product Management (minimum 4 years’ experience)
- Experienced with Vendor Management in the technical area
- Experienced to act as a single point of contact for internal customers
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English

Please note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland. Our client offers:
