Summary:
The post holder shall deploy a best-in-class launch planning architecture for the international region and provide oversight across Supply Operations to ensure supply meets launch targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Orchestrate Supply Operations preparedness for international launches, achieving supply in line with project or business deliverables
- Act as key liaison/interface for regional stakeholders (Commercial Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Quality) on all aspects of Supply Operations preparedness and launch execution
- Maintain close connectivity with regional stakeholders to address Supply Operations response to changes in licensing/registration, pricing/reimbursement and launch date expectations
- Represent the business’ needs when coordinating launch readiness within Supply Operations sub-functions (Global Planning, Site Supply, Systems & Analytics, Demand and Delivery)
- Ensure practical plans are documented, aligned and circulated amongst internal stakeholders and monitor progress towards plan/commitments
- Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies and provide escalation management support
- Be instrumental in foreseeing and removing/resolving launch planning hurdles, constraints and roadblocks or where launch targets become unachievable
- Design and roll out an appropriately sized and scalable Supply Operations launch planning process/architecture, defining milestones, inputs and outputs [from pre-submission through commercialization] to ensure rigorous, consistent and timely decision making, planning and alignment of Supply Operations activities with cross functional stakeholders

Qualifications:

- 10+ years working within pharmaceutical Supply Chain or Commercial Operations
- Demonstrable launch experience coordinating projects across multiple jurisdictions (countries/regions)
- Deep experience working in or with regional/global project teams
- Demonstrated ability lead matrix teams to deliver project objectives
- Deep appreciation of regulatory submission processes across Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific
- Prior exposure to HTA/market access approval processes across Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific
- Hands on direct experience of defining, evolving and positioning regional processes/architecture where non previous exists

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, supply chain); or MBA
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or similar)-
