**Position Summary
Our Research & Development center in Konolfingen near Bern / Switzerland develops for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging in the areas of Dairy and Nutrition. The Nestlé Product Technology Centre Dairy plans and develops Innovation & Renovation pipelines to support growth and profitability of our Dairy business via a consumer centric approach. It ensures scientific, technological and manufacturing excellence through the development of the right competences.

In the frame of a new Organization set-up, we are creating the role of **R&D Stream Leader Analytics & Knowledge Mavens **directly reporting to the R&D Innovation Lead of the NPTC Dairy. In this position, you will lead the stream of Knowledge and Intelligence warehousing for the Innovation and Strategy Team, providing foresight on trends, depth and width of information and data synthesis across our verticals.

**A Day in the Life of an R&D Stream Leader Analytics and Knowledge Mavens
- Provide deep and accurate assessments of the current and future consumption landscape across all our markets
- Identify and chart new trends to predict how those trends will shape our categories
- Develop a model to map trends and possibilities on a potency and time horizon
- Mine existing data, leveraging technology creating our own benchmarks and KPIs for successful Innovation
- Create and maintain a live, easy knowledge platform with “Google” friendliness to inspire, guide and channelize innovation
- Act as the “Digital Scout”, supporting the Innovation Team with analytics & data and piloting new and agile methods for quicker and sharper innovation
- Support Events and Site visits with “a full picture immersive experience” of our product creations and ideas

**What will make you successful
- 10 years’ work experience in Analytics in Consumer FMCG / Insights field
- Well versed with the Data landscape: CRM and CES, Web Analytics, Passive Metering, Social Listening
- Ability to distil large quantities of data into bite sized consumable content - Data synthesis
- Skill to provide data driven insight to ensure full fitment of innovation ideas with market realities
- Ability to connect disparate data into a cogent compelling narrative
- Comfortable with new, digital tools
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and influence the conversation
- Good command of English
