Enterprise Architect

About our client:
For our client, a world-leading life sciences company located in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to establish the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps. This opportunity is open on an initial contract basis with a possible extension thereafter.

Your responsibilities:

- Identifying priorities for change to enable delivery at pace
- Leading and influencing the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable change
- Establishing and supporting the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps from a business, technology and data perspective including ‘as is’, ‘to be’ and transitional states
- Consulting collaboration across business and IT
- Understanding the organization’s ecosystem and its interdependencies, including reference architectures by taking on a strategic view across all architectural domains, portfolios and programs
- Guiding the organization to appropriate business, technology and data decisions by recommending reuse, sustainability to achieve value for money and reduce risk
- Establishing architectural principles, policies and standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assure business, technology and data decisions are aligned with enterprise architecture strategy
- Developing the architecture community
- Performing horizon scanning across industry while identifying emerging trends and their potential impact and opportunity for the organization

Your background:

- 10+ years of practical experience in Enterprise Architect positions
- Comprehensive understanding of Network and Telecommunication concepts and architectures
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts (CISSP) as well as Citrix / virtualization technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Architecture, O365 and Teams
- Strong understanding of data center architectures, OpenShift product suite, SecDevOps methodology, Back-up concepts and platforms, SAP system architecture as well as EUC and EUS
- Familiarity with third party access and PAM concept technologies, secure printing technologies & services, outsourcing relationships and challenges, ITIL governance and framework, quality assurance methodologies and operational/manufacturing technology strategy & segmentation concepts
- Fluency in English
