In dieser wichtigen Funktion fungieren Sie als die rechte Hand des Delegate of the Board. Sie unterstützen ihn in strategischen sowie operativen Angelegenheiten und analysieren das Geschäftsgeschehen.

Als Entwickler, Total
- und Generalunternehmer begleiten wir den Lebenszyklus von Immobilien. IHRE AUFGABEN
- Sie überwachen die operativen Tätigkeiten der verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Sie begleiten und überwachen die internen Projekte
- Sie sammeln, bearbeiten und analysieren verschiedene Daten
- Sie unterstützen das Board bei der Planung der Unternehmensstrategie
- Sie führen die finanziellen Analyse der laufende Projekte durch
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Top-Management zusammen und stellen sicher, dass die Zielvorgaben erreicht werden
- Sieanalysieren die wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren der Unternehmung
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren neue Prozesse

IHR PROFIL
- Sie verfügen über eine höhere Ausbildung in den Bereichen Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Finanzen oder einen MBA Abschluss
- Sie verstehen die Bau
- und Immobilienbranche
- Sie haben mindestens 12 Jahre in einer ähnlichen Funktion gearbeitet
- Sie bringen ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbständigkeit mit
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind verschwiegen, belastbar und haben Freude daran, sich aktiv einzubringen
