- ** Test Strategy**: Developing a comprehensive test strategy, test plan and detailed process for test execution for the project.
- ** Team Management** : Leading and mentoring a team of testers, assigning tasks, and ensuring they meet project goals.
- ** Test Design** : Creating test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- T**est Execution**: Overseeing the execution of test cases, support business users on the exécution of the tests cases and analyzing test results.
- ** Defect Managemen**t: Managing the identification, reporting, and tracking of defects in the software.
- ** Test Automation**: Implementing test automation where applicable to improve testing efficiency.
- Coordinate the training on the new testing tool with stakeholders
- ** Test Tools**: support on the implementation of testing tool and frameworks for test management and execution.
- ** Test Documentation**: Maintaining documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Using Jira and Confluence
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that the software meets the quality and reliability standards set by the project.
- ** Reporting**: Communicating testing progress and results to project stakeholders, including management. Using Project tools (Katalon, Jira and Confluence)
- ** Continuous Improvemen**t: Continuously improving the testing process, methodologies, and techniques.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

**Qualifications** Experience in Test Automation and Private Banking Essential**
- ** Test Strategy**: Demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive test strategy, test plan, and testing processes tailored to the project's needs, with a focus on the nuances of the private banking sector.
- ** Team Management**: Proven leadership in managing and mentoring a team of testers, assigning tasks, and ensuring the team meets project goals. Strong emphasis on fostering collaboration and motivation within the team.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Expertise in effectively managing relationships with project stakeholders, including business users, developers, product managers, and external vendors. Ability to understand and address their needs and concerns throughout the testing process.
- ** Vendor Management**: Experience in managing relationships with external vendors involved in testing activities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and timely deliverables.
- ** Test Design**: Ability to create test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications, with a keen understanding of the unique needs of private banking clients.
- ** Test Execution**: Proficiency in overseeing test case execution, supporting business users in executing test cases, and analyzing test results. Prioritization of tasks to meet project timelines and objectives.
- ** Defect Management**: Strong skills in managing the identification, reporting, and tracking of software defects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project progress.
- ** Test Automation**: Experience in implementing test automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Familiarity with various automation tools and techniques, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
