**Project Scheduler (**m/w/d) - Primavera /PMI/ Projektplanungsingenieur/ CAPEX / Englisch**

Für unseren Kunden ein grosses Pharmaunternehmen in Basel suchen wir einen hochqualifizierten Project Scheduler (m/w/d)

**Background**:
Der Project Schedule Engineer ist ein Schlüsselmitglied des Projektteams und hat die Aufgabe, die Projektplanung und -terminierung zu leiten und zu erleichtern, die Leistung des Projektfortschritts zu überwachen und zu kontrollieren und den Projektmanager bei der Formulierung der notwendigen Korrekturmaßnahmen zu unterstützen.

Der perfekte Kandidat verfügt über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften und mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektplanungsingenieur. Außerdem sollte die ideale Person über eine PMI- oder ACCEi Project Control Professional-Qualifikation verfügen.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Einhaltung und Durchsetzung der Richtlinien und Verfahren von Roche
- Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung des Integrierten Projektzeitplans gemäß Roche-Standards und den Ingenieur Standards, einschließlich der Erstellung des Zeitplans für Eventualitäten und des Basiszeitplans
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam bei der Erstellung von Projekt-WBS und Arbeitspaketen
- Teilnahme an der Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprüfungen, um die Leistungsfähigkeit von Auftragnehmern und Lieferanten bei der Terminplanung sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung von Auftragnehmern und Lieferanten bei der Entwicklung von Fachzeitplänen zur Erfüllung der Projektziele
- Überprüfung verschiedener Disziplinen Pläne auf ihre technische Integrität, inhaltliche und logische Richtigkeit und Genauigkeit der Aktualisierungen
- Moderation von Pull-Planungssitzungen und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung des Last Planner® Systems und des Lean Construction
- Unterstützung der strategischen Projektplanung und Durchführung von „Was-wäre-wenn“-Analysen nach Bedarf
- Anwendung des Änderungsmanagementprozesses, Bewertung der Notwendigkeit einer Neuausrichtung und Durchführung dieser bei Bedarf
- Kosten
- und Auslastungspläne nach Bedarf und Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung
- Durchführung oder Unterstützung von Risikoworkshops und Risikoprüfungssitzungen sowie Durchführung von Monte-Carlo-Simulationen bei Bedarf und Interpretation der Ergebnisse für das Projektteam
- Überwachen des Projektfortschritts, Aktualisieren des Project Master Schedule und anderer relevanter Projektzeitpläne, Erstellen von Berichten und Kommunizieren des Status
- Analysieren der Terminplanleistung (ggf. unter Verwendung der Earned-Value-Methode), um Abweichungen von der Baseline zu erkennen und zu verstehen, Frühwarnungen für Terminplan-Trends zu identifizieren, Terminplan-Prognosen zu erstellen und das Projektteam bei der Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zu unterstützen
- Durchführung von Zeitplananalysen, wie z. B. Analyse des kritischen Pfades, Float-Trendanalyse, Abweichungsanalyse, Analyse mehrerer Float-Pfade usw., und Bereitstellung von Empfehlungen für das Team
- Regelmäßige Begehungen des Arbeitsfortschritts und Überprüfung der Genauigkeit von Zeitplanaktualisierungen
- Bereitstellung von Beiträgen zu den monatlichen Projektberichten und dem Projektdatenerfassungsbericht

**Must Haves**:

- Bachelor oder Universitätsabschluss in Ingenieurwesen / Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Betriebswirtschaft
- PMI oder ACCEi Project Control Professional Qualifikation oder gleichwertig
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektplanungsingenieur
- Projektmanagement und Projektsteuerung
- Erfahrung in biotechnologischen oder pharmazeutischen CAPEX-Projekten ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit dem Last Planner® System und Lean Construction sind von Vorteil
- Beherrschung von Primavera P6, MS Project, Monte-Carlo-Simulationssoftware wie Pertmaster oder Safran Risk, MS Office, Google Suite
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Earned Value Management
- Sehr gute kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
