**Director Global Executive & Finance Communications Consumer Health**

At Bayer’s Consumer Health Division we're empowering the transformation of everyday health for all. The Global Director Executive & Finance Communications will work directly with the Head of Communications, the President as well as the Head of Finance of Bayer’s Consumer Health Division to shape our divisional Communications strategy, storyline and messaging.

As an integral member of our global Communications team, you will be responsible to drive our President’s positioning and our company’s reputation using your innovative and creative thinking, your can-do mentality as well as your solid business acumen.

For this position, we are looking for a senior Communications professional who has a strategic mindset paired with strong drive for results and capacity to get things done even under pressure and in a fast changing and complex work environment.

As the principal author of all internal and external Communications across all channels for the Consumer Health President, you are also recognized for your excellent writing capacity to translate business objectives and strategies into engaging and impactful Communications deliverables. This role requires very strong collaborative and trusted team player skills to builds effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Partner with Head of Consumer Health Global Communications and Team on integrated Divisional Communications Strategy and steer consistent KPI tracking
- Develop dedicated (external) Communications strategy and plan to position Divisional President and Member of the Bayer Board of Management and lead its successful execution across all channels
- Deliver high-quality communications across the full range of media adapting messaging and content for multiple channels - face-to-face, online, print, video, digital, social, etc.
- Proactively identify and recommend communications opportunities for thought leadership positioning in traditional and social media, mitigate reputational risks and drive overall positioning of Consumer Health’s and Bayer’s reputation.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to identify and leverage communication opportunities that fit with the Consumer Health Communications strategy
- Provide communication counsel and support as a Business Partner to Finance Function
- Steer Consumer Health earnings Communications (quarterly and full-year) and lead planning and execution of Consumer Health Global Business Updates
- Provide counsel and hands-on assistance to Head of Global Consumer Health Communications on special projects
- Partner with Global and local Communications colleagues to ensure alignment across Division and Bayer Group channels.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Journalism or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional (Corporate) Communications experience, including demonstrated success in multimedia storytelling, developing and delivering successful communications strategies and products for C-suite executives
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- High level of business and financial acumen & conceptual intelligence paired with strong strategic mindset & drive for results
- Proven expertise in translating business goals into impactful communication strategies, tactics and deliverables
- Trusted Communications expert, creative thinker and super-efficient executer
- Ability to lead and influence others at multiple levels, highly collaborative
