Vos responsabilités
- Répondre aux besoins de développement des systèmes, analyse les solutions et les déploie en collaboration avec le département IT et le département médical.
- Définir des flux de travail optimaux en étroite collaboration avec le département médical afin de garantir l'efficacité et la fiabilité des processus de laboratoire.
- Maintenir les données de base du LIS et assurer la conformité des données dans le catalogue d’analyse en ligne E-Unilabs.
- Identifier les problèmes liés aux processus, aux informations et aux structures et les corrige en collaboration avec le département IT et le département médical.
- Soutenir l'amélioration continue des processus et des systèmes dans le domaine des laboratoires.
- Est en charge de coordonner les modifications apportées au LIS avec le personnel approprié des départements Médical, Opérations, Finances, Qualité et Informatique.
- Participer activement à la gestion des processus End-to-End, en collaboration avec les services informatiques et médicaux.
- Assurer de nouvelles installations, modifications ou mises à jour, y compris la documentation et la formation du personnel.
Compétences requises
- Formation scientifique ou médicale, diplôme de Technicien(ne) en analyses Biomédicales ES ou équivalent
- Mentalité analytique, orientée vers la solution et entrepreneuriale
- Grande autonomie
- L’expérience dans un laboratoire de grande taille et à plusieurs niveaux avec le LIS et le middleware est un avantage.
- Une certification technique de spécialiste en informatique n'est pas nécessaire.
- Forte capacité de communication verbale et écrite, y compris la capacité de rédiger des rapports et de développer des SOP.
- Aptitude à lire, analyser et interpréter les procédures techniques et les exigences d’accréditation. (ISO 15189 et 17025).
- Parle couramment le français et l’anglais, l’allemand est un grand avantage
