Visual Merchandiser

This position will come in support to our global Travel Retail business for the fashion Brands (Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, COACH, Olivia Burton) and for our Swiss brands (Movado, Ebel).

Support Travel Retail activities by ensuring perfect visual merchandising in all our locations worldwide (Airports, Cruise ships, etc..). Manage all activities surrounding the point of sales including selection and shipment of adapted POS material to all our partner while coordinating local implementation.

Provide visual merchandising and product training to the customers. Manage the implementation and the replacement of our seasonal advertising material. Create and provide customized VM guidelines and watches planograms.
- Manage TR stock/forecast of POS material for all brands
- Support new doors opening by:

- Selecting adapted POS material
- Coordinating shipment of POS material
- Coordinating POS material installation with local M teams
- Produce and/or send seasonal marketing assets to all the key doors (Ex: Visuals, stickers, etc).
- Provide customized VM merchandising guidelines and watches ’planograms to our clients
- Ensure replacement of all the marketing material from one season to the other (Spring Summer / Fall Winter).
- Collect pictures of the point of sales on a regular basis
- Coordinated POS visits with MGI local teams (Subsidiary) by:

- Defining business need and schedule
- Organizing with customers visits of the local MGI team (Ex: Get airport access)
- Define with MGI local objective of each visit
- Visit key doors and ensure best in class VM (Locations outside on MGI network)
- Coordinate Shop in shop projects
- Organize and install promotions (Pop-up store) in key doors
- Provide Visual Merchandising, brands and products trainings to the sales forces.

Education required:
Commercial diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Experience required:
Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.

External Knowledge needed for the job:
Proficient in MS Office

Proficient in English and French
